Share capital and reserves:
In relation to

The following disclosures are required:
1. The number of shares:
1. Authorized. authorized stock & authorized capital stock
(maximum number of shares that a company is legally allowed to issue to investors)
The maximum number is specified in the legal incorporation documents of the company, known as articles of incorporation.
2. Issued and fully paid.
3. Issued but not fully paid.

3. Settlement of the number of shares outstanding at the beginning and the end of the period.
4. Description of rights, preferences, and restrictions.
5. Treasury shares .. including the shares owned by:

6. Shares reserved for issuance under options and contracts.
7. A description of the nature and purpose of each reserve within equity.

The items that will be included on the top of the balance sheet are: 18 items

4. Financial assets.
5. Investments accounted for using the equity method.
6. biological assets.
7. Inventory.
8. Trade and other receivables.
9. Cash and cash equivalents.
10. Assets held for sale.
11. Trade and other payables.
12. Provisions.
13. Financial liabilities.
14. Current tax liabilities and current tax assets (as defined in IAS 12).
15. Deferred tax liabilities and deferred tax assets (as defined in IAS 12).
16. The liabilities included in disposal groups.
17. Non-controlling interests, presented within equity.
18. The issued capital and reserves attributable to owners of the parent.

Additional items, headings, and subtotals may be required to fairly display the entity's financial position.
